This cap combines a 100% polyester foam front with a breathable mesh back in a structured, five-panel, mid-profile style. It includes a pre-curved visor with braid detailing, an adjustable double snapback closure, and a tear-away label. We chose it for its lightweight feel and retro foam design.

Add custom text in your choice of font and color, and organize everything with the “Layers” feature to adjust how designs and text appear together. These tools make it easy to preview and perfect your hat before ordering.

Orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Please note that on-screen designs may appear slightly larger than the physical product. A one-time digitization fee applies for all new embroidery designs.
